2025 Registration

Sharpen those pencils, it's learning time!

Here you'll find all the information you need to register for the 2025 cohort of Arts-Based Methods for Evaluators: Beginner Course. Make sure you read everything carefully. 

Course Details

The course is $1,000.00 CAD (+ GST for Canadian residents)

If you require flexible fees to support equitable access, please email us directly to inquire. We have a few seats reserved at a lower rate on a first-come-first served basis.

Wednesdays from 9:00am - 11:00am PST

  • January 22 - Intro & Photo Elicitation

  • January 29 - Poetry Part 1

  • February 5 - Drawing

  • February 12 - Imaginative Interviewing

  • February 19 - Collage

  • February 26 - Poetry Part 2 & Wrap-Up

Thursdays from 11:00am - 1:00pm PST

  • January 23 - Intro & Photo Elicitation

  • January 30 - Poetry Part 1

  • February 6 - Drawing

  • February 13 - Imaginative Interviewing

  • February 20 - Collage

  • February 27 - Poetry Part 2 & Wrap-Up

Each learner must complete an individual registration form, regardless of whether they are participating as a team. This way, we can contact everyone and accommodate learners' unique needs/preferences.

Registration is open until midnight PST on January 14, 2025 or while supplies last. 

Terms & Conditions

  1. You will act in accordance with a respectful learning environment. Disrespectful, discriminatory, and/or harmful behaviour may result in your permanent removal from the course at your own expense.
     

  2. You may not copy, publish, post, sell, or distribute course materials. Failure to abide by this term may result in legal action pursued against you.
     

  3. You are responsible for assessing the relevance of course content before applying methods, strategies, or activities to your own practice and context. Accordingly, the instructors do not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred due to your use of information or content contained in this course.
     

  4. Registration fees will be charged upfront in full, and refunds are not guaranteed should you change your mind about participating. If you can no longer participate in the course, you are responsible for informing the instructors before the January 14, 2025 to transfer registration. If there is no waitlist for this course, you are responsible for arranging a registration transfer on your own and at your expense.
     

  5. If you are joining from outside of Canada, it is your responsibility to abide by the tax rules of your region.
